The Community Bible Study
This Bible Study has been meeting regularly on Tuesday mornings at the church for about 15 years. It is intended to be a group to which you can welcome your neighbours, but both new and long time church members are always welcome. The only requirement for all is a desire to learn about the Word of God.
We use the Discover your Bible Series and this year we hope to round off our previous studies of Genesis, by looking at the first 15 chapters of Exodus. We did not wish to leave the people of Israel in Egypt, and so decided to begin in September with the amazing story of redemption as experienced by the people of Israel under Moses. We will reflect on the parallels between their story and our story of salvation in Jesus Christ.
We meet weekly from 9:30-11:10 in the church. and we hope to begin on September 15th.
Our morning begins with a time of sharing and treats, while everyone is arriving, and the study begins promptly at 10. Babysitting will be made available as needed.
