The Lord willing we will meet at the church on Wednesday Nov. 4th at 8:00 pm to continue our discussion on the book of Daniel -- title Week 2 -- Prologue. The meeting will be led by Brent Vanderwoude. Suggested readings are Daniel 1, Jer 25:1-14. Some questions or topics we can begin to think about: How do the words God gave show gospel glimpses? Is defeat the path to victory? How does Daniel 1 illustrate both covenantal blessings and curses? How does Daniel 1 address the sovereignty of God?
